Azerbaijan, Baku, 18 April / Trend corr. E.Guliyev / The strong hurricane winds has caused an explosion in the electric energy station with a capacity of 110KWt in the Sheki region of Azerbaijan on 17 April. The electric energy supply was cut off in about 30% of the region.
It is expected to be restored by the end of the day, the regional distributor net reported.
Sheki region is located 352km north-east of Baku.
