No one has closed any doors on talks between Russian oil giant LUKOIL (LKOH.MM) and Spain's Repsol (REP.MC), Russian President Dimitri Medvedev said on Tuesday. Debt-laden Spanish builder Saycr (SVO.MC) has discussed selling its 20 percent stake in Repsol to LUKOIL, but the talks faded after the Spanish government expressed doubts over whether it would favour the deal, reported Reuters.
