The Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers made a decision to make changes in a number of regulations concerning the conditions of accepting new buildings by the state commission, a statement posted on the official website of the Cabinet of Ministers said.
In particular, according to the Cabinet of Ministers' decision, "Regulations on contracts for capital construction" are amended. Buildings, including apartments are accepted by the State Commission after the installation of electric, gas and water meters.
"Regulations for state control at the construction site by the Ministry for Emergency Situations" is also amended. Residential buildings, including apartments can be accepted by the State Commission only after laying of power, gas and water lines.
