State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has commissioned a new filling complex under SOCAR brand in Kiev, SOCAR Energy Ukraine said on Monday.
Commission ceremony was held on the eve with the participation of head of SOCAR Rovnag Abdullayev. Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Ukraine Eynulla Madatli, vice-president of SOCAR on economic issues Suleyman Gasimov, head of SOCAR in Ukraine Elchin Mamedov also participated in the event.
The new complex of SOCAR is located on Boulevard Friendship of Peoples.
A network of SOCAR filling stations in Ukraine consists of 30 gas stations in Kiev, Odessa, Lviv, Mykolaiv and Rivne regions, four of them are located in Kiev. The company will expand its network in Ukraine to 100 filling stations by the beginning of 2013.
