Sales of Iranol Oil Company to exceed $800M

In the current Iranian year (from March 21, 2019 to March 21, 2020), the sales of Iran's Iranol Oil Company will exceed 35 trillion rials (roughly $833 million), the company's CEO Eisa Eshaghi said, Trend reports citing ILNA.

In the first six months of the current Iranian year (from March 21 to Sept. 22, 2019), the company's sales increased by 70 percent compared to the same period of the previous Iranian year, up to 14 trillion rials (roughly $333 million), Eshaghi said.

For comparison, the sales amounted to eight trillion rials (roughly $190 million) in the same period of the previous Iranian year, according to the company's CEO.

Eshaghi added that in the last Iranian year (from March 21, 2018 to March 21, 2019), the company's sales reached 21 trillion rials (roughly $500 million).

The CEO noted that a program is being implemented until 2026 to decrease the sales of base oil to minimum.

Eshaghi added that a terminal for the exports of Iranol's products in the volume of 25,000 tons has been created.

Iranol Oil Company is engaged in the production of various engine oils.
