A centralized trading house was created, supplying industrial products to the border trade zone between Uzbekistan and Afghanistan, Trend reports with reference to the press service of Uzbekneftegaz JSC.
In order to increase the volume of mutual trade between Uzbekistan and Afghanistan for further liberalization of trade, creating favorable conditions for wide participation of business entities of the two states in foreign economic activity, a centralized Trading House has been created on the border territory of the Surkhandarya region, which will supply industrial products to the border trade zone between Uzbekistan and Afghanistan.
According to Uzbekneftegaz, all types of products manufactured by the enterprises of Uzbekneftegaz, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, sulfur, hydrocarbon and oil products, as well as products manufactured for the consumption of the national economy will be presented in the representative office.
It is noted that the activities of the representative office will be under constant control of the commercial department of Uzbekneftegaz JSC and relevant departments, and will be improved for effective functioning.
Uzbekneftegaz noted that entrepreneurs of neighboring countries - Tajikistan and Turkmenistan will also be able to use the services of the representative office.
