Uzbekneftegaz JSC and Russian Gazprombank discussed the organization of financing of investment projects in the oil and gas industry to increase hydrocarbon production, Trend reports referring to the press service of Uzbekneftegaz JSC.
According to the information, Uzbekneftegaz JSC is systematically working on the timely implementation of investment projects in the search and production of hydrocarbons, as well as their further processing, which certainly has a positive effect on the resource base of the country and the provision of energy to the population and industry.
Thus, on June 28 of this year, within the framework of the visit of the management of Gazprombank JSC to Tashkent, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC Uzbekneftegaz Mehriddin Abdullaev held talks with Deputy Chairmen of the Management Board of Gazprombank Aleksey Matveev and Sergey Belousov.
Within the framework of the negotiations, the parties discussed issues of the current state and prospects for the development of joint projects, in particular, the organization of financing investment projects in the oil and gas industry to increase hydrocarbon production, as well as in the field of deep gas chemistry.
It was noted at the meeting that despite the global recession amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the bank continues to provide comprehensive support to the initiatives of the national operator of Uzbekistan, guided by the highest standards of doing business in compliance with the ‘win-win’ principle.
