BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 10. The production of the Iran’s Bouali Sina Petrochemical Company increased by 116 percent, during the first six months of current Iranian year (March 21 through September 22, 2022), compared to the same period last Iranian year, Trend reports citing the company’s website.
According to the report, the company produced more than 1 million tons of various petrochemical products in 6 months
At the same time, the volume of fuel supplied to the company for six months amounted to more than 1 million tons, which is an increase of 112 percent compared to the same period last Iranian year.
Also, the company's sales for the reporting period amounted to over 1 million tons, which is an increase of 43 percent compared to the same period last Iranian year (750,000 tons).
On October 12, 2022, an extraordinary meeting of the company will be held. At the meeting, the company's new p-Xylene plant will start extraordinary production, and the company's annual income will increase by at least $50 million.
Iran's Bouali Sina Petrochemical Company in the Khuzestan Province (south-western Iran) can produce annually 180,000 tons of benzene, 40,000 tons of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), 350,000 tons of light naphtha, 499,000 tons of heavy naphtha, 700,000 tons of white oil, various solvents, reformate, and other products.
