The price of shares of Bank of Georgia and TBC Bank increased on the London Stock Exchange, where four Georgian companies are listed, Trend reports citing Georgian media outlets.
At the same time, the shares of two other Georgian companies - Georgia Health Group and Georgia Capital Bank have decreased.
About 204,000 securities of the Bank of Georgia were sold for 2.6 million pounds, 99,000 shares of Georgia Capital Bank were sold for 986,000 pounds, and 25,000 shares of Georgia Health Group were sold for 52,000 pounds.
As for TBC Bank, its 268,000 shares were sold for 3.1 million pounds.
The market capitalization of companies, or their value on the London Stock Exchange, is as follows: Bank of Georgia - 630 million pounds, Georgia Capital - 366 million pounds, Georgia Health Group - 273 million pounds, TBC Bank - 661 million pounds.
Regarding annual indicators, since the beginning of the year, the price of Bank of Georgia shares fell by 1.6 percent, the price of Georgia Capital shares fell by 3.13 percent, Georgian Healthcare Group shares – by 2.94 percent, and TBC Bank shares - by almost 5.5 percent.
One share of the Bank of Georgia on the London Stock Exchange costs 12.82 pounds, Georgia Capital - 9.98 pounds, Georgia Health Group - 2.08 pounds, and TBC Bank - 12 pounds.
