The value of corporate securities (except for mortgage bonds) placed at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) during 2020 amounted to 151 million manat ($88.8 million), Trend reports referring to the BSE.
The estimated value of shares placed in 2020 made up 50 million manat ($29.4 million), and 101 million manat ($59.4 million) fell on bonds. The turnover of the primary market for corporate securities, excluding mortgage bonds, grew by 6.6 times compared to 2019.
In 2020, the mass issue of securities had been carried out mainly by AzerGold CJSC, Kapital Bank, Ferrum Capital, Bank BTB, Embafinance NBCO.
The total volume of transactions on corporate securities at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) amounted to 2.13 billion manat ($1.25 billion) in 2020.
