A decision has been made to provide loans worth 2.17 trillion rials (about $51.6 million) to 47 industrial enterprises in the Yazd Province (central Iran), said the Chairman of the Industry, Mine, and Trade Organization of the Yazd Province, Mohammad Reza Alamdar Yazdi, Trend reports citing the organization’s website.
Alamdar Yazdi said that with the providing of the loans in this amount, 69 people will be employed and 855 people will continue to work.
The chairman noted that of the loans, 1.48 trillion rials (about $35.2 million) will be provided as working capital to 30 industrial enterprises.
“In addition, 690 billion rials (about $16.4 million) worth of loans will be provided to 17 industrial enterprises for fixed capital, repair and restoration work,” he added.
