The Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) will hold an auction on the placement of Azerbaijani Finance Ministry’s medium-term government bonds worth 20 million manat ($11.7 million) on February 8, 2022, Trend reports via the BSE.
According to the exchange, bonds with a face value of 100 manat ($58.8) each with a maturity of 2,548 days and a yield of four percent will be put up for auction.
Interest payment dates are set for August 9, 2022, February 7, 2023, August 8, 2023, February 6, 2025, August 5, 2025 and February 3, 2026, August 4, 2026, February 2, 2027, August 3, 2027, February 1, 2028, August 1, 2028 and January 30, 2029 (the principal payment deadline).
Pasha Capital CJSC will be the underwriter of the placement.
