BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 31. The net profit of Azerbaijani Merkuri non-bank credit organization (NBCO) amounted to 71,430 manat ($42,000) in 2021, Trend reports with reference to NBCO.

According to the data confirmed by the audit report, Merkuri's interest income amounted to 1.1 million manat ($647,000) in 2021, and commission income – to 192,260 manat ($113,000).

Interest expenses of NBCO amounted to 471,850 manat ($277,500) last year, commission expenses – 8,980 manat ($5,280), administrative and other operating expenses – 752,960 manat ($442,900).

Merkuri's profit before taxes in 2021 amounted to 86,380 manat ($50,800), income tax payments 14,940 manat ($8,780).

The assets of the NBCO increased by 8.1 percent - up to 3.8 million manat ($2.2 million) in 2021, liabilities - by 11.5 percent - up to 3.07 million manat ($1.8 million), and capital - decreased by 3.3 percent - up to 773,100 manat ($454,700).
