The Baku Association of Realtors (BAR) has developed a first version of a unified database of the Azerbaijani real estate market, CEO of MBA Consulting, Co-founder of the Association, Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend .
Ibrahimov said the BAR members will hold a meeting, which will discuss the implementation of this project. The project involves creating a unified database on demand and proposal on the real estate market. The information base will be filled, processed and made available centrally. Sources of information will be realtors operating throughout the country. The project will be implemented in phases. At the initial stage, it is expected to establish the corporate network across the country, to computerize offices of realtor companies, to create a portal where the database will be available, as well as to hold training in this area.
Another factor hindering the implementation of the project, Ibrahimov said, it is the lack of the necessary funds - about $150,000. The project will be implemented after receiving necessary finance.
