Aztelekom Production Unit of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies is expanding its coverage of the NGN network in Ganja, Sumgait and Goychay cities, Aztelekom said.
The project envisages reconstruction of telecommunication facilities to transfer them to digital technology. Today electronic ATE makes up 85 percent of the telecommunications network Aztelekom.
NGN network will ensure the quality of service required for different types of telecommunications traffic. The introduction of technology will provide subscribers of Aztelekom opportunities to access services such as IP-telephony, voice mail, data services, multimedia services, virtual private networks, interactive games, video conferencing, etc.
