Turkmen Ministry of Textile Industry has extended the tender announced in November last year to start production of spunlace, a non-woven polypropylene fabric, at the panne velvet factory in Ashgabat.
The bids are accepted now until March 20, 2020.
The interested parties are invited to send a bid for participation in the tender by indicating the name of the participant, legal status and other details, and pay $345, including 15 percent VAT, for participation in the tender.
