Uzbek-Korean Uz-Kor Gas Chemical JV LLC has announced tender for the purchase of electric motor.
The following potential suppliers are not allowed to participate in the tender:
- suppliers at the stage of reorganization (merger, acquisition, division, separation, transformation), liquidation or bankruptcy;
- suppliers that failed to submit all the necessary documents for the competitive selection within the prescribed period;
- suppliers that did not properly fulfill their obligations under previously concluded contracts;
- suppliers being in a state of litigation with the Customer.
Due to the urgency of the order, organizations registered in Uzbekistan and entitled to commercial activities on the territory of Uzbekistan are admitted to the competition.
Delivery time: within 30 calendar days after signing the Agreement.
Delivery terms: Kungradsky district, Kyrk-Kyz settlement - Ustyurt gas chemical complex.
Payment terms: 100 percent payment after delivery.
Commercial offer term: not less than 30 days.
All goods must be cleared by customs and must be in stock at the Supplier's warehouse in Uzbekistan.
Tender applications are accepted till 15:00 (GMT +5) — Jan. 28, 2021.
