Agip KCO head retires in Kazakhstan

The head of Agip KCO, a subsidiary of the Eni concern, responsible for the implementation of the first phase of Kashagan field development, has given notice that he intends to retire, the North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC) said today.

The head of Agip KCO, a subsidiary of the Eni concern, responsible for the implementation of the first phase of Kashagan field development, has given notice that he intends to retire, the North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC) said today.

'Umberto Carrara will leave his post of Agip KCO Managing Director from November 1, 2013', a statement said.

According to the report, Carrara has worked on the Kashagan project for more than seven years.

According to the report, Guido Brusco will be appointed managing director of the company. Brusco has worked on the Kashagan project in Agip KCO as the director of the Department of Industrial Operations since September 2009.
