By Elena Kosolapova - Trend: Kazakh Central Election Commission has accredited 129 observers from foreign countries and international organizations for the elections of deputies to Kazakh Senate (Parliament's Upper House), scheduled for October 1, the CEC press-service reported.

In particular the CEC has accredited 103 observers from the CIS, 22 observers from other foreign countries and four observers from the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

Moreover Kazakh Foreign Ministry accredited 110 foreign journalists from 17 foreign countries as of Sept.1 to observe the election also.
Accreditation of observers from foreign states and international organizations will continue until Sept. 25.
