Kazakhstan's President Nursultan Nazarbayev has appointed the country's new deputy prime minister, said the president's press service June 14.
The country's Agriculture Minister Askar Myrzakhmetov has been appointed to this position.
Myrzakhmetov was appointed Kazakhstan's agriculture minister in May 2016 after the country's former agriculture minister Assylzhan Mamytbekov has resigned due to demonstrations against the adopted amendments to the Land Code.
