(Kazinform) - Small forum of Kazakh and Chinese national departments of SCO Business Council has taken place today in Almaty city, reports Trend.
There were discussed further enhancement of business contacts between businessmen of the two states and opportunities for realization of joint investment projects.
On June 15, 2006 there was held anniversary sitting of the heads of SCO member states. They adopted a number of important documents. Priority purpose of the Council is development of trade and economic relations and promotion of direct links between businessmen of SCO countries. The Council consists of representatives of business and financial circles of Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
Economic cooperation between China and Kazakhstan is rapidly developing. The most important objective of the organization is creation of effective mechanism for realization of joint entrepreneurial projects directed to increase of economic potential of SCO member states.
Currently businessmen of these countries demonstrate real interest in search of new investors and partners from neighboring states.
