"The session of the Kyrgyz parliament supposedly will be held on December 3," spokesman for SDPK Farid Niyazov told 24.kg news agency.
According to him, Almazbek Atambaev will officially announce the composition of the parliament coalition. After that the acting speaker will set a date for the plenary session.
"We cannot say now who will be members of the alliance. Negotiations are holding with leaders of all parties entered the parliament except for Felix Kulov who officially refused to participate in the forming of the parliament alliance for reasons we understand. Let me say once more the most acceptable variant of the coalition is SDPK - Ata-Meken - Respublica," concluded Farid Niyazov.
