Kyrgyzstan's president of transitional period has started wide consultations with five parliament factions, news agency "24.kg" reported.

"Responding to the request made by the leader of SDPK faction Almazbek Atambayev made at today's session Roza Otunbayeva has started consultations with leaders of all five factions," specifies her press service.

Note of 24.kg news agency: According to the Constitution, in case of failure to form parliament majority the head of the state has to commission forming of the coalition to another faction.

"Political parties will define their positions in the course of consultations and determine their further steps in realizing the president's mandate to form the new coalition," reads the message.

Earlier Roza Otunbayeva stated that in the case of failure to form the majority coalition this right will be delegated to the leader of Ata-Meken faction Omurbek Tekebayev. Many experts think that the president of transitional period has to overturn her decision.

According to some reports, Omurbek Tekebayev himself has refused from the right to create the coalition in second attempt.
