The main topic of VII Forum of Creative and Scientific Intelligentsia of the CIS member-states, which will be held on October 15-16 in Ashgabat, will be issue of strategy development of humanitarian cooperation, the CIS Executive Committee said on Saturday. The final resolution will be adopted as the result of the Forum.
The event will be held in the frame of plenary and specialized roundtables: Strategy for Educational Development - CIS: trends and prospects, 2012 - the year of sport and a healthy lifestyle, 2013 - the year of environmental culture and the environment, Cultural heritage and information space, Youth cooperation in science and innovation, Development of the CIS Humanitarian Cooperation: Experience Neutral Turkmenistan, Avaz - a cultural and educational center of the Commonwealth.
Chairman of the Executive Committee Sergei Lebedev expressed confidence that existing humanitarian cooperation will be confirmed, and new promising areas, combining the continuity and coherence of the full development of extensive human contacts in the CIS, will be developed during open and detailed discussions, which became traditional.
