Chairwoman of the Assembly of Turkmenistan Akja Nurberdiyewa received a copy of credentials of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Mali to Turkmenistan, Tiefing Konate, said the Turkmen government in a message.
Expressing interest in boosting trade, economic and cultural cooperation between the two countries, the diplomat stressed that he will spare no efforts for the successful promotion of the Turkmen-Malian dialogue.
During the meeting, Konate was informed about the key areas of Turkmenistan’s state policy.
A proposal was made to establish direct inter-parliamentary relations.
The diplomat expressed confidence that the relations between the two countries will reach a new level, corresponding to the realities of the time and mutual interests.
