BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 13. From January through March 2022, the Akpamyk company in Turkmenistan manufactured 812 tons of cotton wool products worth 1.8 million Turkmen manats ($500,000), Trend reports with reference to Jeyhun News.
Of the total production volume, medical cotton wool amounted to 60 tons, and technical cotton wool - 752 tons.
During this period, Akpamyk increased manufacture by 60 tons compared to the same period of 2021.
With the increasing dynamics of the construction of industrial and social facilities in Turkmenistan, the industry is becoming one of the most major sectors of the economy, which is given an important role in the implementation of import substitution programs and increasing the export potential of the state.
