BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 6. Turkmenistan will allocate $300 million to ensure its food security, Trend reports citing the State News Agency of Turkmenistan (TDH).
The corresponding resolution was signed by President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov during a joint meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers and the State Security Council of the country.
Thus, one half of the total amount will go to support entrepreneurs, and the remaining half will be allocated to the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan for the purchase of necessary food products.
Turkmenistan invests heavily in the formation of modern industrial infrastructure, which contributes both to the comprehensive development of the regions and to the economic prosperity of the country as a whole.
