ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, October 18. Turkmenistan's Kenar fish processing company which is a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, plans to enter the world markets, Trend reports.
The fish processing plant was put into operation in February 2017 and has been developing steadily and successfully since then.
The company has established the process of processing more than 300 tons of fish per year, both fresh local and imported from EU countries.
The company has modern equipment and technologies from world manufacturers, including companies from Germany, Poland, Russia and Türkiye, which allows us to produce and properly preserve a variety of fish products that meet international standards.
Meanwhile, the development of fishing enterprises in Turkmenistan is a strategically important task aimed at ensuring the country's food security and stimulating the export of fish products. Taking into account its coastal position, Turkmenistan has significant potential for the development of fisheries and aquaculture.
