BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 12. The Lebap region, located in the east of Turkmenistan, has 432 tractors available, some of which are being actively modernized by specialists of the repair plant to prepare for seasonal work, Trend reports.
Currently, roughly 245 tractors are plowing ground in the Lebap region, which is routinely done as part of the next agricultural campaign.
The tractors are serviced by a Turkmenistan's enterprise that specializes in the production of appropriate spare parts and mechanisms used in the operational repair of the equipment involved, the intensity of which is already noticeable in the Halach, Sayat and Hojambaz districts.
Furthermore, about 90 units of accompanying equipment are involved in agricultural work, ensuring uninterrupted operation on the lands of the region.
Meanwhile, Turkmenistan is actively developing agriculture, focusing on the introduction of modern technologies and providing support for the agricultural sector through the purchase of modern equipment.
These efforts are aimed at increasing production efficiency, improving the economic situation of agriculture, and ensuring food security in the country.
