The GDP growth rate of Uzbekistan is planned at a level of 6 percent in 2022, Trend reports citing the press services of the Uzbek parliament.
The growth rate of the industrial sector of Uzbekistan is planned at the level of 7 percent, the growth level of the construction sector at level 8.1 percent and the agriculture sector at level 3.3 percent in 2022.
The inflation rate of the country will continue to decrease; it will be about 9 percent.
This was discussed at the twenty-second plenary session of the Parliament of Uzbekistan, the law "On the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2022" was approved, which sets the main macroeconomic indicators and forecasts of revenues and expenditures of the consolidated state budget for 2022.
In 2022, consolidated budget revenues are projected at 254.6 trillion soums ($23.4 billion), which accounts for 30.3 percent of GDP.
State budget revenues are determined at 199.5 trillion soums ($18.3 billion), which accounts for 23.8 percent of GDP.
Revenues of state trust funds are planned to be in the amount of 31.9 trillion soums ($2.9 billion), expenses in the amount of 58.7 trillion soums ($5.4 billion).
