Uzbekistan harvested 2.4 million tons of potatoes from January through September 2021, Trend reports referring to the Uzbek State Statistics Committee.
This figure increased by 2.2 percent compared to the corresponding period of 2020.
During the specified period, most of potatoes were harvested from the country’s Samarkand region.
