Two Kuwaiti citizens were arrested in Iranian city of Abadan on spying charges, Fars news agency reported.
Governor of Abadan Bahram Ilkhas-zadeh told Fars that spying devices were seized from the arrested.
According to Ilkhas-zadeh, Kuwaitis were arrested by the Iranian intelligence ministry forces.
