Negotiations only way to resolve Iran nuclear issue: Swedish FM
Swedish Foreign Minister Carl Bildt stressed a negotiated settlement was the only way to resolve dispute over Iran's nuclear program, daily Die Welt reported Monday.
Talks for an agreement with Iran are the only solution, everything else is unrealistic, Sweden's chief diplomat was quoted saying, IRNA reported.
He lambasted military threats against Iran, branding them 'highly vounterproductive.'
Tehran has repeatedly called for unconditional talks with the West but has also made clear it would not waiver its right to enrichment uranium, which is a right for all signatiry parts of the nuclear NPT, including Iran.
