Formulas to be used this year for Iranian workers' salaries have been approved and sent to administrative agencies for implementation.
The minimum pay for workers has been set at 3,921,500 rials while their maximum pay is seven times that amount (27,450,500 rials), Fars news agency reports.
The maximum salary increase for state employees is 15 per cent this year (Iran's solar year began on March 20).
Iran's inflation rate is 21.5 per cent according to its Central Bank figures.
The official exchange rate in Iran is $1 USD =12,260 rials
