Judiciary chief: Iranˈs negotiating team never accepts irrational interpretation of Geneva deal

Judiciary chief Ayatollah Sadeq Amoli Larijani says that Iranˈs nuclear negotiating team will never accept irrational interpretation of the recent Iran-5+1 Group deal in Geneva, IRNA reported.

Addressing the high-ranking official of Judiciary Wednesday, he added that the Iranian nation extends support to a deal which will comply with its national interests and observe the systemˈs red lines.

Contending that the Geneva deal was admitted by the Iranian negotiating team in return for rescinding anti-Iran sanctions and confidence-building measures by the world powers, Larijani added that unfortunately, the Americans render a strange interpretation of the deal which cannot be accepted by a wise person.

Criticizing US officialsˈ claim that the Geneva deal is solely pertains to nuclear energy and they can place new non-nuclear embargos on Iran, he noted that such interpretations will render the deal abolished and meaningless.

Expressing support to the Iranian negotiating team, the Judiciary chief urged the foreign minister and negotiating team to adopt transparency in the upcoming talks so that such unwise interpretations will not be repeated.
