If the Iranian people surrender to the US in the first step, they must surrender to the end, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said today at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, Trend reports referring to Tasnim News Agency.
According to Rouhani, should Iran surrender, it must give up its glory, authority and identity.
He added that the imposed sanctions have been putting pressure on the Iranian people.
"If there is (an economic) war, there will definitely be someone injured," he said.
The Iranian president said that everyone should unite in the economic war and not stay on the sidelines.
"The government stands at the frontline of the battle," he said.
