Iran's President called for effective measures to stabilize the market, control prices, and supply raw materials, and called on the Ministries of Industry and Agriculture Jihad to find solutions to improve people's livelihood, Trend reports citing IRNA.
Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi asked the Ministers of Industry, Mine and Trade, and Agricultural Jihad to set short-term, medium-term, and long-term plans to solve problems.
The president also instructed the first vice president to follow up on the comprehensive trade system.
"People expect a tangible change in the country's economy and their livelihood,” said President Raisi in the sixth meeting of the government's economic coordination headquarters.
According to the report, the meeting discussed trade and foreign exchange policy and ways to increase and develop non-oil exports.
