Chinese warmly hail Iranian reciter of Quran

(IRNA) - The Iranian reciter of Quran, Hassan Rabieyan, visiting China to recite Quran in Chinese mosques during the holy fasting month of Ramadan, has been warmly hailed by Chinese Muslims.

There are about 70 mosques in the Chinese capital of Beijing, reports Trend.

He told IRNA in Beijing on Tuesday that Muslims of China adore the voice and tone of Iranian reciters of Quran, adding that they enjoy hearing Iranian reciters of Quran, who speak Persian, recite Quran with a beautiful Arabic accent, reports Trend.

Rabieyan is 40 years old and started reciting Quran at the age of 11. He has managed to stand first in three rounds of international Quran contests in Islamic states, including India and Bangladesh.
