The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for Dec. 10:
Export floor: Offers 8,700 tons of bitumen and 31,700 tons of rice.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 130,479 tons of polymers, chemicals, bitumen, vacuum bottom feedstock and lube cut oil.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 91,340 tons of copper rod, 1,960 tons of copper cathode and 20,000 tons of low grade copper, 140 tons of molybdenum sulfur, 12 tons of precious metal concentrates, 748 tons of mixed rebar basket, 220 tons of rebar A3,10 and 9,000 tons of bloom ingot.
Agriculture floor: Offers 674,000 day-old chickens, 352,000 tons of wheat, 500 tons of soybean oil, 5,750 tons of sugar and 1,471 tons of maize.
Furthermore, the side market of IME will witness offering 1,000 tons of palm oil imported from Malaysia, and 3,421 tons polyester threads grade A, B and C.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
