Iran bans export of chickens for 2 months

Iran has banned the export of chickens for two months.

This decision was made at the 22nd meeting of the Iranian Market Regulatory Committee, which was held with participation of Iran's Industry, Mines and Trade Minister Reza Rahmani, Trend reports referring to Shata.

Thus, the export of chickens is prohibited during the 12th month of this Iranian year (started March 21, 2018) and during the 1st month of the next Iranian year (to start March 21, 2019).

During various periods, the export of chickens was temporarily banned in the domestic market due to lack of chickens.
