Mobarakeh Steel Company is supplying steel sheets needed for Iran's National Housing Movement Plan, domestic sales manager in Mobarakeh Steel Company Mohammad Tajmir Riyahi told Trend in an interview.
"The demand for steel sheets has increased in the second phase of construction within the mentioned plan.If the construction stays on the same level, Mobarakeh Steel Company has six months to provide steel sheets for the construction," he said.
The housing construction requires between 200,000 to 300,000 steel sheets that would be partly supplied by the Mobarakeh Steel Company, he indicated.
"Other domestic steel producers will increase production as well, to make up for the power and gas outages," Tajmir Riyahi said.
