( PanARMENIAN ) - On 4 April, Armenian President Robert Kocharian signed an order dismissing Serzh Sargsyan from the post of RA Defense Minister and appointing him to the post of RA Prime Minister, the Presidential Press Office reports. By another order Mr. Sargsyan was dismissed from the post of Acting Secretary, National Security Council under the President of the Republic of Armenia.
The late Prime Minister of Armenia, Andranik Margaryan, died 25 March this year, due to a sudden heart attack.
