Georgia, Tbilisi / corr Trend N.Kirtzkhalia / Those who brought rubber bullets to the place for demonstration and ordered to use them must be punished, the chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on the human rights protection and citizens integration, said.
The rubber bullets, which are not prescribed in the Georgian law of the Police, were used during dispersal of the demonstration on 7 November. Sozar Subari, the first who stated it, and the Prosecutor General's Office, began studying his appeal recently. "The law does not provide for the use of the rubber bullets, and it was illegal," Tevdoradze said. Apart from Tevdoradze, the rest leaders of the majority do not see any illegality in it.
