Appellate legal process on the case of those accused of committing terror acts in Georgia will begin at 11:00 at the Tbilisi City Court on Wednesday. According to the Court of Appeal, because of the great number of defendants, the process will be held in City Court.
According to the lawyer of one of the defendants Merab Kolbaya, his client changes the testimony and does not intend to admit his guilt.
Only Kolbaya and Gogita Arkania among all detainees confessed. Others did not plead guilty. But all of them were sentenced to 25-30-year in prison.
