According to the Tbilisi City Court's decision, previously dismissed Giorgi Baratashvili was restored to the position of director general of the Georgian Public Broadcaster.
A decision was made by Judge Koba Gotziridze today. According to him, a decision of the Board of Trustees of the Georgian Public Broadcaster was invalidated and Baratashvili was restored in his position.
The court also ordered the Georgian Public Broadcaster to pay 5,500 Lari ($ 1 = 1.66 Lari) in favor of Baratashvili.
