A violation of rules for entering the occupied territories of Georgia has been revealed.
Border police told Trend on Thursday that the files were received from the coast guard department of the Border Police.
Representatives of the Chief Operative Investigation Department for violation of rules of entry into the occupied territory in Abkhazia detained the 'CASPIAN WAVE' dry cargo ship, sailing under the flag of Saint Kitts and Nevis, in Poti.
An investigation is underway under Article 322 of the Georgian Criminal Code.
