The Korea Water Resources Corporation plans to invest in Georgia, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili said at a meeting with representatives of the corporation on May 19.
"In particular, the Korean side is interested in the "Nenskara HPP" hydropower project, which must be built in Svaneti, north-western Georgia," the Georgian government told Trend.
The corporation president Choi Jung-guen updated Garibashvili with the project details. Its estimated cost is $ 760 million.
Overseas Business Division Vice President, Korea Water Resources Corporation Chief Financial Officer, senior managers and executive director of the Georgian Partnership Fund attended the meeting.
