Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan will visit Moscow to participate the talks on Afghanistan within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, Cihan information agency reported.
The meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization will be held in the Russian Federation on March 27.
