The total number of laboratory-confirmed human infections of the A/H1N1 influenza has reached 331 as of 06:00 GMT Friday, the World Health Organization said, Xinhua reported.
The U.S. has reported 109 confirmed cases, including one death. Mexico has reported 156 confirmed cases, including nine deaths, the U.N. agency said.
In addition, nine countries have reported confirmed cases with no deaths, including Austria (1), Canada (34), Germany (3), Israel (2), Netherlands (1), New Zealand (3), Spain (13), Switzerland (1) and Great Britain (8).
The WHO stressed that the situation continues to evolve rapidly and it would renew its tally on a regular basis.
