Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai condemned the terrorist suicide attack in Pakistan's capital Islamabad, which left five persons dead on Monday, a statement released by his office said.

Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai condemned the terrorist suicide attack in Pakistan's capital Islamabad, which left five persons dead on Monday, a statement released by his office said, Xinhua reported.
  
"President Hamid Karzai strongly condemned the suicide attack against United Nations World Food Program (WFP) office in Islamabad, adding that killing innocent people is an inhuman and unforgivable act," the statement said.
  
A suicide bomber, according to media reports, targeted WFP office in Islamabad leaving five persons dead and injuring six others.
  
In the statement the Afghan president also extended his sympathy and condolences to the families of the victims.
  
Both the two neighboring states, Afghanistan and Pakistan, have been facing spiraling militancy mostly in the shape of suicide attacks and roadside bombings which have often claimed the lives of non-combatants.
